Obligatory Rules

1. You must not nut. No negotiations.

Opt-In Rules

These are recommended, because although they will make the experience more difficult, they will decrease your chances of being provoked. And of course, you'll feel like you just bested yourself once the month finishes.

1. You must not engage in any sexual activity, alone or with someone else.
2. You must not consume any erotic multimedia.

Additional Normatives

1. You are allowed to give people a harder (😉) time only if you are playing too. Spectators don’t play!
2. Wet dreams do not signify a loss, as it’s not your fault.
